i know it's VERY VERY weird now that i'm reblogging again, but what to do!!
Yes it's been about a month ++ since school started! And to be honest, i love my class alot!
It's almost asif everyday there is something to laugh about, something to ponder about which makes everyday worthwhile.
Hahas, the best part in school is actually the lecturers!
Other schools have to address their lecturers by Mr or Mrs or Ms.
Ours is just directly call their name as if we are friends, though these 'friends' of ours are scary at times.
But i enjoyed those times when we stayed back after school to finish assignments, talked crap with lecturers, do funnay things in school and know new people!
And this poly life is kinda special to me because there is no such thing as cliques in the class!
We are all quite united and even when we eat, 20 people are actually seating together at some ulu spot to eat.
COOL RIGHT! Yea i know, SID year 1 is making other schools jealous. LOL
But we have our tortures and down times...
Like what our lecturers said, they are critics and they are very critical with what we are doing, in other words, you give us crap, we give you crap.
...
But we also have funnay teachers like Mr Cotton Woo... who gives a serious face yet makes the funniest jokes!!
What else is so special... Oh yea, i never forget what Larry says, 'the school's motto is innovation everywhere, but look at the class, where's the innovation??' HAHAS!
Seriously, our class lacks of this and that and it's cramp and alot alot more.
but it's the class and lecturers that makes the lesson not the place. :)
Yup, really love and enjoy SID year 1 life! so far that is. ;)

Deep Forest.
ok, this week i've been practising this Jap song called Fukai Mori.
It's an anime inuyasha song but i don't watch it.
I just fell in love with the tune of the song, so melodious and just nice~
hahas, so after practising, i decide to do the song my method.
It somehow works, just that not as perfect as the original guitarist.
But i'm glad! At least i played something similar with my style.
And this is my first song which i played without chord sheets, plainly just DIY.
I really wanna keep on improving till the day when i can play any song the moment i listen to it.
That can be added as a resolution for this year i guess ;)
Alrightos, gotta go church later and JOIN MY PEEPS!
Ciaos, God bless. :D

what a morning...
today woke up exceptionally early...
Tired but don't know why, not tired.
It's like, mentally tired, physically hyper.
So it's not a good combination at all...

Ministering,
i realise something, God is a really a God who plans things for the right time.
And He always talks to me about awesome things when i'm bathing.
Like phrases or sentences that will surely be great for a post.
But what's sad is this... After bathing, i forget -.-
And yes, nothing to post.
Must really start to remember those good stuffs already, then can share.
And yea, masterlife this week was great!
About ministering to others.
But what really got my attention was ministering to others in a ministry in church.
I've always wanted to be a part of the crew in church, in a ministry.
More of like a calling is what i really want to know.
It's not like i'm some big time sinner who sins everyday and think it's nothing and won't feel guilty.
But everytime i sin, i confess, and i won't say i'm disobedient to what He commands.
But i still don't get my calling.
And andy talked to me about calling in life.
That everyone has their specific calling, may it be a Pastor, Leader, Usher.
And even if i don't get my calling now, i'll still get it eventually.
And i think he talked about opportunities also, that God will give opportunities to us and He will see if we will grab those opportunities, those can be callings.
But after masterlife so far, i learnt that, you don't need to have calling in your life to minister.
Everyone has already a ministry, it's just how you go out and minister to others.
Ranks or authorities, new comers or fresh Christian, when it comes to ministering, WE are the same.
No such thing as, i'm a pastor, so only i can minister, No.
Everyone can minister, that God's gift for us too.
And when we minister, we will face rejections, that's also when God wanna see how we overcome all these obstacles and see who will we rely on. Jesus or ourselves.
But we must also remember, that we have the holy spirit that empowers us/ help us in such situations.
And yea, John 15: 13
Greater Love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
Ministering will include sacrificing, Love, and obstacles.
And the Disciples Cross also have those ministry.
Word, Ministry of teaching. Prayer, Ministry of intercession. Fellowship, Ministry of Nutrure. Witness, Ministry of evangelism.
And yea, i did a research on what it means 'Take up your cross and follow Me'
Therefore, “Take up your cross and follow Me” means being willing to die in order to follow Jesus. This is called “dying to self.” It’s a call to absolute surrender. After each time Jesus commanded cross bearing, He said, “For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self?” (Luke 9:24-25). Although the call is tough, the reward is matchless.
Which also means, dying to our old ways / turning with Christ to the world in need.
That's all! God bless :D

It's alive, IT'S ALIVE
Yea, that's a super cliche line when frankenstein is 'born'.
And yes, cliche is like the momentum of my life now.
Think about it, everyday play guitar, use computer, play psp and stuffs.
I longed for my orientation seriously -.-
But thank God for many things that happened, like for my orientation, i have someone i know to accompany me and that is a blessing!
Because, i got worried about orientation and have no friends or what, and ask me to socialise immediately is TOUGH work.
So God somehow answered my prayer and a friend from sec 5 batch told me that we were in same school, thank God.
And yea, breakthroughs in masterlife indeed.
Yea, even though there are many things in masterlife that we've learnt in sermon or from our leaders, it just makes me felt that it recaps the things that i know before and to remind myself about those things.
And really, i enjoy doing masterlife.
God bless.

Awesome God
I've really got an awesome God by my side.
Even when i was a christian, i choose to listen to the world and choose where my heart tells me to.
Your heart can be deceiving.
But as i think about that day when i have the sudden urge for a QT, it totally changes my life.
I start to be more obedient to God, be more receptive to words and also be more calm in whatever things i do.
Thank God.
No matter what happens, always remember that God is by your side and watching.
He is always ready to prepare you.
But of course, it comes down to whether you choose to listen to what He says or not.
God gave us choices to choose, which will you choose?
Him or the world?
God bless.

Saul's adventure.
Man, today when i was doing my masterlife, i was filled with the holy spirit and i really felt peace.
As i was doing my QT today in continuation of the book of acts, i learnt more about Saul's adventure whom later is known as Paul.
God reflected to me about how much i know about Paul from the beginning.
Paul was a guy who persecuted Jesus and done many nasty things to people who believed in Jesus.
But Jesus talked to him and after the conversation, he becomes blind.
Later on Jesus sent Ananias to go heal that man.
Paul was amazed and he believed in Jesus wholeheartedly.
His fire was amazing ever since then, he goes around and preach the word.
If i'm not wrong, there were people who did not even believed that's the Paul they are seeing.
God changed Paul's life dramatically.
He gave him directions in life because of Paul's obedience towards Him.
Paul was sent to prison, yet he did not say anything like cursing or what.
Instead he sings His praises and even shared to a jailer and that man was baptised.
How amazing God is actually using Paul to lead the word, to bring salvation through Jesus.
There were more things, he actually preach in many parts of the world.
He did not give up, He was so filled with the spirit.
But that's all i've read so far.
But the current one i read in Acts 20 which says about his prophesy that he will be jailed and in hardship.
Which means, there are more things that God is showing about the life of Paul.
And i'll anticipate his story, his life story.
Why God chose Paul to do so many things?
Because Paul was obedient throughout his adventures and he does His word and will.
If Paul can have sucha fire and heart for the Lord Jesus Christ, we too can be the same. ;)
God bless

the 5 loaves and 2 fishes.
As i'm reflecting on my last week's masterlife, i realise that God gave me something extraordinary in that story.
I'm pretty sure for those who had done the masterlife would know about the story in it.
When the question asked, would you be like andrew or philip... i was in a dilemma, but because i want to be like andrew so i ticked it.
But God told me, that i better tick properly and pray for which one i really am.
God was somehow telling me that if i were in that situation, i would be like philip who would find it impossible.
But God told me that i will be those kind, who will search for more food to support the 5 thousand and not rely on the 5 loaves and 2 fishes.
That time i was shock, i'm like... are others the same too?
God somehow shows me something on saturday's sharing.
Not everyone who ticked andrew is truly really someone who would be so holy at that kind of situation, or i should say tick because they think they will be like andrew.
I wouldn't say ticking philip means you are an honest person, but maybe God will show you who you actually will be when you are in that situation.
But just how many Andrew will there be in this world, who would even use 5 loaves and 2 fishes to feed the 5 thousand?
C'mon, it's time to change, really, pray before doing your masterlife.
Because at every single day, at each question, God will be preparing you something that will give you a breakthrough.
Including verses, God is just so ready to teach you something that might help you in your walk.
The 5 loaves and 2 fishes story is something everyone should start pondering on whom they really are.
For those whom God chose you to be like Andrew is something really good, this proves that you know that even if the remaining food you have, you would still know how to appreciate it and use it.
Well, it's just something that made me wanna blog so much when i was bathing... yea... LOL
Alright, just hope that yall would pray before your masterlife and really read every question carefully and ask God about it. ;)
God bless. :D

Saturday was FANTASTIC.
why? it marks the end of the first week of masterlife!!
And the coolest part is everyone did it!! :D
Had so much fun discussing about what we laernt and stuff.
And i've realised how much our small group is growing in numbers and spiritually.
It's really something that only God can do.
But still, i pray for challenges from God.
Because even though this year is the economy downfall year, still i pray for breakthroughs in people's life, something extraordinary.
The service yesterday was really good too :)
The Scottish pastor Mark Richie shared / preached about Evangelism.
And why i liked it so much because he gave me a total new way on how i should look at the word 'Evangelism'
Sometimes, what we little Christ need is just that desperation to reach out to our friends.
And also that fire to push us on.
So, don't be afraid to share! :)
And... Today...
Planetshakers come to our church!!
Man, it was sucha wonderful performance by them!
Really like the tone of Henry Seeley, he can really make very nice high pitch.
Today had sucha wonderful time in church even though it's the sunday.
Really pray that they would just come again to our church and perform.
But hey! Next week planetshakers pastor, pastor Matt fielder will be coming! :D
Gonna anticipate his preachings next week, together with that Donald Duck's quacking sound. LOL
Btw, thanks lisa for that money to buy that album all for love by planetshakers. :D

Ok, finally a lil something to blog about.
Yeap, i think it was two days ago when i was reading my book and the chapter talks about pride.
It talks about how much pride can harm a person and how to heal oneself from pride.
Pride ruins relationship in every way, including church.
It even causes your own brothers and sisters to be intolerant against your every action.
Think about it for a moment, do you currently have any problems in your relationships with friends and family members?
If so, ask the Lord the check the condition of your heart!
Ask Him to show you where pride is getting in the way of reconciliation with the people around you. :D
In this book it shows about a parable which really kinda brings back memories for me.
It was said that when you are invited to a banquet, you shouldn't take a seat at the head table, for if a more distinguished guest arrives, you're going to be very embarassed when the host asks you to move. But if you sit at the foot of the table, your host might honor you by asking you to move to a better seat. Luke 14:7-11
just a line from this book to end this
Believers could accomplish much greater things for the kingdom of God if they didn't care who got the credit for it.
that's all, God bless. ;)

a long day.
Today was really a day when i felt how important God's words are.
God gave me a vision today, and that is when i die and what will happen after i die.
That time i was in heaven, and when i looked down, i saw my family.
I didn't know why it was my family that time, but i know, that time my family was in danger.
I felt so helpless as i look at them, and it now somehow makes me think of how much they are doing for me.
They used to pay for my necessities, pay for my expenses, help me do my laundries, and so many other things.
I can never be thankful enough of that.
God ask us to make disciples of all nations, and also our families, i really want my family to receive christ too.
Yes, it's really a blessing to have a christian family but ever really spare a thought for your parents in terms of money?
God gives us blessings in life if we are obedient and that doesn't mean our lives would be straight.
Parents, regardless whether they are christian or non christian, they still have problems in life, and it's usually the child or children they have problems with.
Today when i saw my dad working from morning to night, i was like 'he is working to support the family'
And we got no choice, money is really something important to every human, it allows us to pay for our expenses.
And our parents really work like cows and bulls just to support us, to give us the BEST.
My dad is really nice, he always gives both me and my brother the best.
Yes he is rich, but how much he has to work in order to be rich.
He is always telling me he is very stress and such...
And God was like telling me, look, how much your parents are working in order to give you the BEST.
and the next thing, i was like... 'i should really spare a thought for them'
Christians out there, just how many christians do really spare a thought for their parents in terms of money?
Most people think that their parents are like ATM machine, just say please and you get it and you forget about it after taking it.
I really think it's ridiculous...
Parents are really the best thing God has given us.
No matter what happens, these are the people who will be concern over you.
Ya, please, treasure your parents, and start sharing the good news to them.
God bless.

And it was a funny chat, because the next time when we meet, we laugh like nothing. LOL
And in the morning, we chiong-ed left4dead.
It was so exhilarating man, especially when a horde of zombies come after you and you feel like, MAN, THIS IS CRAZY. LOL
Me, Tim, Warren and Andy had so much fun this morning that we felt the excitement still wasn't there.
At night we play again. LOLS.
But gonna continue with what happen today.
After the game, we head towards Wheellock and dine at NYDC.
Man, the food is expensive but it was really tasty.
And we chat alot, took photos and had a really great time with the staffs there. LOL
So after those fun, went over to church for service and learnt about John 15:1-17
And yea, the vine and the branch,
It's gonna be long and i'm lazy to type, sorry...
So yea, after that, played left4dead again and head for home.
Goodnight people, and God bless. :D
